First Solar hit a new high today of $141.98 which is an unbelievable but true +504% in 52 weeks. Since Eric Bolling called this stock to drop down to $75 and it went to $74.60...it is now up +89% and a fantastic $67 per share profit!!
ICGE hit a new high today as did CMI and GOOG.
JRJC gained $6 per share today and may be on its way back to $47.68 or better.
HOKU was up +20% today.
We saw on the business channel today that people were buying houses at foreclosure auctions in Dearborn, MI for $2000.00 They asked the lady on screen if she thought it was risky and she said no, because she pays more for a couch in her house then buying this property! Good point.
Also, the stats are that 1 in 29 homes in Detroit, MI went into forclosure in the first six months of 2007. Only 22% of highschool seniors graduate in Detroit, MI.
This just proves the point that cash is king. If everyone had six figures locked away in cash at all times, they would have no worries. In the world of the ultra rich, if you can't pay cash for it, you
probably don't need to get it. Cars, houses, watches, clothes, toys, vacations... Credit cards will
end up getting you deep into debt. If you can have your own credit card company, then you truly have a license to print money from late fees and loanshark interest rates.
Follow the trends of the baby boomer generation and you will do fine.
